The story behind Evernex Transportation LLC — and the people who keep your trucks moving.
Big carriers have entire logistics departments. Owner-operators and small fleets — the people who actually move America's freight — were left to do everything alone: find loads, haggle with brokers, chase paperwork, all after driving eleven hours.
We founded Evernex Transportation LLC in Pinedale, Wyoming to change that. We give the independent driver the same firepower the big fleets have: a dedicated dispatcher who plans lanes, fights for rates, handles every document, and answers the phone at 2 AM.
Our philosophy is simple and it's printed on everything we do: Reliable Solutions. Real Results. We don't sell promises — we deliver loaded miles, better rates, and paperwork you never have to think about.
When you earn more, we earn more. That's not a slogan. It's our entire business model — 6% of your rate, and nothing else.

Our logo carries our promise: the road ahead, rendered in gold — because that's what we deliver. Reliable Solutions. Real Results. Every load we book, every rate we negotiate, every driver we place has to live up to those four words.
Austrin founded Evernex with one conviction: independent truckers deserve the same professional support the mega-fleets take for granted. He built the company around a dispatcher-first culture — where every carrier gets a dedicated human who knows their truck, their lanes, and their goals.
Austrin started Evernex after watching too many independent truckers get squeezed — by brokers who lowballed them, by dispatch services that charged setup fees and locked them into contracts, and by a system that seemed built for everyone except the person behind the wheel. He believed a dispatch company should win only when its carriers win, so he tied Evernex's success directly to theirs: one flat 6% of the rate, nothing else.
Under his leadership, Evernex operates on radical simplicity: one flat 6% rate, no setup fees, no lock-in contracts, and a first load that's always free. "If we're not earning your business every single week," he says, "we don't deserve it." His mission is straightforward — give every owner-operator, from a single box truck to a growing fleet, the same professional dispatch support the mega-carriers take for granted.

Plenty of companies book loads. Here's why carriers stay with us.
Because it is — we earn a percentage of your rate, so every extra dollar we squeeze from a broker goes straight into your pocket too.
We plan your lanes so your next load is waiting before you deliver the current one. Empty miles are lost money — we hunt them down.
Home every night or out for two weeks — you set the schedule and the regions. We build your week around your life, not the other way around.
Breakdown at 2 AM? Detention dispute on a Sunday? You reach a person who knows your truck and your lanes — not a voicemail.
Stay because we're earning it, not because a contract says so. Leave anytime with zero penalties and zero hard feelings.
Carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOLs, invoicing, factoring coordination — the mountain of admin disappears from your dashboard.
The standard we hold on every load, every mile, every day.
Chat on WhatsAppWe don't take kickbacks from brokers and we don't push cheap freight to hit quotas. Our only revenue is your 6% — so the only way we grow is if you grow. That alignment is deliberate.
Bad week? We'll tell you the market is soft instead of inventing excuses. A load doesn't pay enough? We'll say so and keep looking. Trust is the product — dispatch is just how we deliver it.
We cap how many trucks each dispatcher handles. Your dispatcher knows your name, your truck, your kid's birthday — not just your MC number. That's impossible at 30 trucks per dispatcher, so we don't do that.
Detention owed? We chase it. Rate too low? We counter. Shipper moved the appointment? We're already rebooking. "Good enough" is how carriers go broke — we don't do good enough.
ELD, HOS, insurance minimums, clean paperwork — we treat compliance as protection for your business, not red tape. An audit-ready carrier sleeps better and earns more.
No lock-in contracts means we re-earn your business every week. We'd rather have a carrier for five years at 6% than trap one for six months at 10%. The math — and the morality — agree.
Pinedale, Wyoming sits in the middle of real trucking country — I-80 corridors, energy freight, mountain passes that separate professionals from steering-wheel holders. We built Evernex here, not in a coastal office park, because this business is learned on the road and at the dock, not in a pitch deck.
Evernex started with a simple observation: the best drivers in America — the ones who run safe, run hard, and run honest — were getting the worst deal in the industry. Stuck with dispatchers who treated them as numbers, brokers who squeezed every rate, and paperwork avalanches after every 11-hour day.
So we built the company we wished existed: small caseloads, honest math, relentless advocacy, and a team that answers the phone. Today we dispatch, recruit, equip, and fund carriers across all 50 states — and every carrier still gets treated like our first one.
Reliable Solutions. Real Results. That's not a tagline we bought — it's the standard we hold ourselves to, one load at a time.
One team. Five services. Fifty states. Your truck, our mission.
