Truck Dispatcher
You’ll be the voice of Evernex for our carriers — finding loads, negotiating rates with brokers, and keeping trucks rolling profitably across all 48 states.
Responsibilities
- Source high-paying loads from load boards and broker relationships
- Negotiate rates firmly and professionally on behalf of carriers
- Plan routes and schedules to minimize empty miles
- Handle all trip paperwork: rate confirmations, invoices, BOLs
- Communicate daily with drivers — clear, fast, respectful updates

Carrier Sales Representative
You’ll bring new owner-operators and small fleets into the Evernex family — showing them exactly how our 6% dispatch service pays for itself.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to owner-operators and small carriers by phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Explain our services clearly: 6% flat, no setup fees, no lock-in, first load free
- Follow up consistently and keep accurate records of every conversation
- Hand off signed carriers smoothly to the dispatch team
- Hit weekly outreach and onboarding targets
