We act as your back office on the road. We find profitable loads that match your equipment and lanes, negotiate the best rates with brokers, complete carrier packets, send you rate confirmations, track your shipments, and handle invoicing paperwork — so you can focus entirely on driving.

A flat 6% per truck, per load. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no weekly minimums. Your first load with us is completely FREE so you can see the quality of our work before paying anything.

No. There are zero lock-in contracts. You can leave anytime with no penalties and no hard feelings. We keep carriers by earning your business every single week — not by trapping you in paperwork.

Most carriers are rolling within 24–48 hours of completing their paperwork. Once we have your MC authority letter, W-9, and insurance certificate, your dispatcher starts booking immediately — and remember, that first load is on us.

Just three things: a copy of your MC authority letter, your W-9 form, and your insurance certificate. If you use a factoring company, we'll also need your Notice of Assignment (NOA) so we can coordinate invoicing. See the full checklist on our Contact page.

We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, box trucks, and hotshots — including specialized and oversized hauls that need permits. Tell us what you run and where you want to run it, and we'll build your lanes.

You get paid directly by the broker/shipper or through your factoring company — never through us holding your money. We prepare and submit all invoicing paperwork and chase down detention, lumper, and TONU pay on your behalf. With our factoring service, you can get paid within 24 hours instead of waiting 30–60 days.

Absolutely. Home every night, every weekend, or out for weeks at a time — you set the schedule and preferred regions. We plan your loads around your life and only book freight that fits your rules.

Yes. New authorities can be harder to book because some brokers require 3–6 months of authority age, but we know which brokers and load boards welcome new MCs — and we build your early weeks around them while your authority matures.

Not necessarily. If you already factor, we coordinate with your company. If you don't, our factoring service connects you with reputable factoring companies and helps with the full setup — so you can get paid within 24 hours of delivery.

We don't disappear after delivery. We follow up on your invoices, escalate with the broker, and pursue detention and accessorial pay you're owed. If you factor with us, the factoring company handles collection — and you were already paid.

All 50 states. Whether you run regional Midwest lanes, coast-to-coast reefer, or Texas flatbed work, your dispatcher builds your week around the freight markets you want to run in.
