Evernex Transportation LLC ("Evernex," "we") provides truck dispatching, driver recruiting, rented trailer referrals, ELD device sales, and freight factoring referral services to motor carriers. Specific service terms are agreed upon individually with each carrier.
Our dispatch service operates without long-term lock-in contracts. You may discontinue our dispatch services at any time. Any outstanding balances for services already rendered remain payable.
Our standard dispatch fee is 6% of the gross linehaul revenue per truck, unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no setup fees. Your first dispatched load is free of our service fee as a trial.
You are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority (MC/USDOT), insurance, and compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations. Evernex is a dispatch service provider, not a motor carrier or freight broker, and does not assume your regulatory obligations.
While we work diligently to find profitable loads, we cannot guarantee specific load availability, rates, or revenue levels. Freight markets fluctuate, and results vary by equipment type, lanes, and season.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evernex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to lost revenue from cancelled or delayed loads.
